Return & Refund Policy
We prioritize our customers’ creative and functional needs as well as upholding hygiene practices even out of the salon. All requests are processed on a case by case basis. Our main objective is to always support our customers to the best of our ability. Every request will be handled in a timely fashion and handled fairly.
RETURNS & REFUND
For hygiene and sanitary purposes TEN skin and nail care products are non-refundable. If you have any questions concerning your order before and/or after purchasing, please shoot us an email at shop@theeditorialnail.com.
Items are not returnable for the following:
The supply of Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were opened after delivery.
The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
The supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with your prior express consent and you have acknowledged your loss of cancellation right.
EXCHANGES
At TEN we uphold sanitary and hygienic practices even out of the salon. Due to this, we do not process exchanges.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Each product individually undergo quality control, hand packed in-house and shipped to customers after approval. We understand things happen, so in the event you receive a product that presents as defective, please message shop@theeditorialnail.com with your order number and a clear image of the product within 72 hours of receiving your order. Any products resolved as defective, a complimentary replacement will be issued for the value of the product originally purchased.
SHIPPING
All kits are ready to ship. Please allow 3-5 days for in house processing/packing, 1-5 days shipping depending on destination and 5-10 days international shipping. All kits are shipped via USPS First-Class/Ground Advantage Mail and free shipping available for all orders $100+.
MISSING/LOST PACKAGES, DAMAGED/STOLEN ITEMS
We are not responsible for packages once in the possession of the postal carrier. If your package is stolen/lost or damaged by USPS we cannot replace the items, please contact USPS to resolve any shipment issues. If you are able to provide a USPS claim number and detailed information of events we will try our best to further assist in this matter. After the package has been dropped off for shipping, we are only able to track your package.
We understand there are always exceptions. If the order placed has not been shipped, you may cancel or alter your order by contacting us ASAP at shop@theeditorialnail.com. This does not include digital orders.
