PASSION FRUIT TEQUILA FAUXJITO

We love a good mojito, but we’re extra on this side so the tastier, the better! Take a pour out of this fauxjito mojito. You’ll thank us later, and I MINT THAT.

What You’ll Need:

  • 2 Fresh Lime Wedges

  • 1 Spoon of Brown Sugar

  • Sprig of Mint

  • Frozen Cubes of Passion Fruit Juice (preferably made by a Haitian aunty)

  • Jamaican Ginger Beer

  • Alcohol Free (Zero Proof) Tequila

Serving: 1

How To:

  1. Squeeze the lime into a tall glass and muddle in the shell with brown sugar and mint.

  2. Add in your passion fruit frozen cubes to the top.

  3. Fill your glass with Jamaican ginger beer almost half way and top with the Fauxquila.

  4. Garnish with lime and mint.

The frozen fruit juice is a perfect way to keep the flavor fresh and avoid a super water diluted bevvy.
